Welcome to Teton Pass Ski Resort

Teton Pass is a 400 acre ski resort located in the Lewis and Clark National Forest, near the town of  Choteau, Montana.

We don’t have a bunch of fancy high speed lifts, but you will find zero lift lines, and some of the best skiing in Montana, with oh so rare, amazing continuous vertical, and folks you will get to know on a 1st name basis.

The nearest airport is just 45 minutes drive, in Great Falls. There are direct flights from Arizona, Minnesota, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and Washington and the Canadian border is just 90 miles away.

We have great ski and stay packages which include, all airport & daily mountain transfers, meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), lift passes and accommodation starting from just $75 per person per day for a family of four, or $99 a day double occupancy, have a look at our accommodation page for more information.

You can also order season passes online right now, by clicking here, you can order now and pay later (conditions apply).

The mountain is 8,600 ft tall, with the car park at 6,200 ft, there is currently 1,100 continuous vertical ft, and more than 400 acres of ski-able terrain, with an annual snow fall of more than 300 inches of the soft white fluffy stuff.

In Montana you get snow like Colorado, with the altitude of California, without the lift lines and the high lift ticket prices, along with the world famous friendly folk of Montana looking after you on your vacation, along with stunning mountain views.

Teton Pass offers a diverse ski experience for all levels of skier or boarder: 20% beginner, 35% intermediate, 20% advance and 25% expert, along with a terrain park and two natural half pipes.

Also it is very rare to find any kind of lift lines at Teton Pass Ski Resort.

We are also open 7 days a week, all winter, when weather and snow conditions allow.

The mountain opens the end of November and closes the 15th April (subject to the snow conditions).

There is a free shuttle service that runs from downtown Choteau via all the motels, and then up to the hill, it runs on the hour on the weekends, and as demand requires weekdays, starting at 8am until the bar and restaurant closes.
